This Experience Wilderness Tour heralds a new era of safari! There is no more intense way to experience the Big 5 and the nature of Africa!
We sleep in rock overhangs and explore the impressive mountains of the Drakensberg. We walk in the footsteps of the San (Bushmen), explore their rock drawings and enjoy fantastic views.
Then you will experience the most intense nature experience of your life: We will explore the famous Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Safari Park on foot! That means 6 days of camping in pristine wilderness, tracking, and sneaking up on rhinos and buffalo. And in the evening around the campfire we listen to the hyenas and lions ...
In the iSimangaliso Wetland Park we then approach the hippos and crocodiles by boat, ride along the kilometer-long sandy beach of the Indian Ocean and relax comfortably by the sea. Finally we explore the small kingdom of Swaziland and experience its fascinating African culture. And all of this in a small group of a maximum of 7 people, led by Bernd Pfleger, a biologist and wilderness guide with years of experience in Africa.
