East Germany. Probably the wildest and most untouched landscapes that Germany has to offer. Its special geographical location between the Baltic Sea and the Ore Mountains has created unique natural landscapes which, due to their special history, have often been able to retain their natural character. And we will explore the most impressive and interesting natural jewels of this landscape on this extraordinary, exclusive nature tour in small groups!

We start with a hike in the famous "Saxon Switzerland" National Park with its fascinating rock needles, stately table mountains and wild and romantic gorges. This is followed by a first insider tip, the beautiful cultural landscape of the Schrofheide-Chorin biosphere reserve. Ground and terminal moraines produced a diverse mosaic of lakes, swamps and old forests, embedded between extensive fields and meadows. We hike the fascinating Baltic Sea coast with its dynamic lagoon landscape and of course the imposing chalk cliffs on Rügen. A guided excursion takes you by boat to the small "primeval forest island" of Vilm. A special highlight of this tour is our excursion to the fascinating Mecklenburg Lake District, which we explore comfortably by houseboat. A train ride and hike on the legendary Brocken, with its fantastic views and rugged granite cliffs, in the wild Harz National Park conclude this unique nature journey.
